Order Processing & Delivery Time

Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time 
Order Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 4-10 business days (Handling + Transit)

Orders placed after the daily cut-off or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order & Shipping Confirmation

  • Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent.
  • You will also be notified via email when your order has been successfully delivered.

If your package still cannot be located, please reach out to support@raglis.com with your order number. We will assist with a replacement or refund as necessary.

Tracking Information

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
