At Raglis, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order doesn’t meet expectations—whether due to damage, missing items, incorrect details, or even a change of mind—we’re here to support you with a simple and transparent return and refund process.
To make your experience hassle-free, Raglis covers all return shipping costs, and we never apply restocking fees.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be canceled or updated within 24 hours of purchase. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent and the order is in transit, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
Eligible Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged
- Parts or accessories are missing
- The product significantly differs from its description
- You ordered the wrong item
- You no longer want the item (change of mind)
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original, re-sellable condition
- Original packaging, accessories, components, and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Please note: Items that have been used, washed, or altered are generally not eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged instead of refunded. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.

- Include your order number and reason for return (e.g., defective item or change of mind)
- Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with approval and a free prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you don’t see your refund:

Packing & Return Instructions
Please follow the instructions provided in our return approval email:
- Return all items in their original packaging and condition
- Secure the package properly to prevent transit damage
- Use the free prepaid return label provided
