This spring is just what I needed. After thousands of miles on my bicycle seat, my skin broke down causing extreme pain. My seatpost is not round so I could not use a compression seatpost. This spring was easy to install and absorbed the pressure on my sit bones. I tried the medium amount of spring but found I need only a small amount of spring. The spring does not change the feel of my bicycle set up and it does not absorb the power of my pedaling. It does relieve the pressure on my sit bones. The spring placement can be adjustedI for more spring or less spring and can even be used to move the seat forward or back. I adjusted the tilt of my seat to compensate for the spring. It was easy to get the setup comfortable. The spring feels like it will last for years and years even though I ride thousands of miles each year. I attached the storage bag to the spring instead of the seat. It works! I highly recommend it.

I was skeptical about this, but it seems to work very well, smooths out rough pavement. Haven't tried it off-road yet, so I can't recommend it for that, but it seems quite stable. Also, it's very adjustable & tilts the saddle forward a bit for a more comfortable riding position. Will update my review in the future if required.
I got this product in and installed it immediately! If you're not handy with tools and measuring you can be overwhelmed by the installation process. However, saying that it only took me about 10 minutes to install. Because it gives a little when you ride you may need to adjust again to get the most out of your ride.
It takes a little adjustment after several test rides to find the sweet spot. Time will tell whether the material holds up to constant flexing, but the build quality seems good, and the price was also in my budget.
I just loved it, will order more units for my kids. 5 starts form my side!
This product did what I needed it to do and that was to lessen the rigidity of my 80 to 100 lb tire pressure at my seat. Giving me a more comfortable ride. Must try once!
While this product is meant as a spring loading for the saddle, I used it also to alter the angle of the saddle which was always too forward sloping. Now it is nice and level, so the product does what I wanted it to do. Strongly recommended by me.
I ride my bike twice as much now. Bumps and potholes are a breeze thanks to this spring seat. I looks a little flimsy from the picture but it is definitely NOT.
I already like the product even though I have yet to find the spot where the suspension is not too loose or too tight. Too tight is still better than too loose because there is no extra bounce. The seat is universal and was installed easily on my bike. I recommend it!
