This is an amazing dog carrier! My Lhasa varies from 15-17 lbs in weight and it was difficult to find a carrier big enough and sturdy enough for her. She's a rescue and has separation anxiety. I tried a bike trailer and she barked the entire time. She loves this carrier, she was totally relaxed right away, which is uncommon for her. We just finished taking her on a 5+ bike ride and she had a blast and was really well behaved the entire ride. The carrier is sturdy and feels very safe and secure. I highly recommend those carrier for dogs 18 lbs and under.

Took this on vacation for hiking, biking, and our rental car as a pet seat...great for all three! We have an ever-so-slightly chubby, long-legged min pin, about 14 pounds and active, and she loved it. When she wore out on the hikes, it was a very cozy spot for her, and not too cumbersome for us. Also fit well of the bike..the drawstring netting at the top assured us she could not climb/jump out, but she could stick her head out to look. She often preferred to lay on the soft bottom and look out the netting to the front. We were able to take her with us in stores as we window-shopped, with no one the wiser. It was a little bit difficult to put together in a hurry as we needed to get her in the rental car and move on...we should have done that before we got the car. I can heartily recommend this, we'll be using it for a long time!

The product not only is well made but also has a great design and works well for my small dog! My dog really likes it and after a nice ride he was all happy and seemed very pleased and comfortable. Also I feel he is very safe with the supplied leash that keeps him secure just in case he tried to jump off! I was able to assemble it in 5 minutes reading the well made instructions. Once you will assemble one you will realize that you bought a good quality product! Mine is absolutely perfect!

My dog was so happy when I replaced the backpack I was carrying him around in on my bike with this basket. I put a fuzzy blanket in there for extra warmth and cushioning and he is snug and comfy; the first time we used it he didn't want to get out! Plus I like that it's easy to take off and on (I have it sitting on a front rack of my bike, with the straps looped around my handlebars) because I can take the whole thing with him in it into restaurants and he happily just curls up and sleeps there at our feet, unobtrusively. This thing is well made and easy to use,

This basket is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I couldn't wait to get it and it exceeded my expectations. I have 2 small dogs. I tried it with both. The first try with my 15lb shihtzu took some rearrange to prevent the basket from hitting the tire but after tightening and repositioning it worked well. We did a 6 mile bike ride with no issues. My smaller dog, who is a puppy, wasn't so sure and tried to jump out, there is a leash that connects to the harness of the dog to prevent them from jumping out- this saved her twice!! Love this basket, wish I could order another since they don't fit in it together LOL

It's very versatile fitting over your shoulder, on to your back or just being used as a seat for your pup. It fit our small breed dogs (under 15 lbs) perfectly. Our larger French bulldog who weighs 25 lbs was too big and heavy. Wearing it on your back for more than 2 hours, the bottom half starts to rub on your back.

We love it, but most importantly my dog loves it. He's a 16 pound lhasa/schnauzer mix. We've biked and hiked with it, I've used it with the shoulder strap and the harness like a backpack in front and it's stable all the way around, even on the bike. The pockets are great and hold water, his collapsible dog bowl and snacks. Very happy.

I've been looking for a bike basket for my 20-25 pound. Most of the baskets on the market are for smaller size dogs (less than 20 pounds). While my dog could fit in some of them, these baskets don't distribute her weight well and it's hard to bike with such a basket. This basket is perfect! My dog loves it. She also doesn't overheat in the basket because it has a well-thought air circulation. It's also very easy to put on and take off the bike. And i use it as a backpack to hike with the dog and put her in the bag when she is tired. Best basket by far!

Sturdy and great size! We have a 12lb rat terrier who fit perfectly inside .... cinch up enough so she felt secure and wouldn't jump out. Love the ability to 'vent' the box as well w/ a breeze (open the front flap). I don't like the tether length so as added security I took her leash and wrapped around my handle bar ... overall super happy with purchase!

I really like this carrier, but had to return it because it has the safety connection for the animal at the top of the carrier. My cat immediately jumped out and then was hanging by the connection. I bought this carrier because my cat outgrew his original one, which had the connection on the floor of the carrier and was perfect.
