My mom has a cat that keeps her up all night long going in and out of the house in all types of weather or just meowing craving attention. And things get worse if the weather is poor. I decided to try and buy this house in hopes that the cat will have her own home and will stop bothering us at 4am everyday. I thought this had a 10% chance of working because our cat is super fussy, picky and independent. First two days, the cat couldn't care less for the house, then it started to rain and the cat jumped right in and wouldn't leave. It is amazing! She loves her house and sleeps there all the time and leaves the people in the big home to sleep. Highly recommend!
I bought this for my indoor / outdoor cat. I set it up with east outside. It took a few days to get the cat to use the house but now he loves it.
We bought two and love them! We have two outside cats and we have the houses on a closed in porch. The houses are great and both cats love them! Our one cat is over 20 lbs. and he fits in very nicely. We were using portable heaters that jacked our electric bill. These use very little electricity and you can put them on a timer, which comes with it. Excellent price, good quality and 5 minute assembly. Highly recommend!!!
