Garden Weeding Tool Weed Removal Puller Grass Weeder Hoe

We moved to a large, neglected acreage where weeds have been going to seed for years. A lot of weeds can be controlled by mowing, but we had a lot of false dandelion, also known as cat's ear or flatweed (Hypochaeris glabra and radicata). Mowing doesn't help control false dandelion. It will get rid of the yellow flowers to prevent them from going to seed, but the perennial plant just gets bigger and grows more flower stems. Spraying is iffy; conditions have to be just right to kill it. False dandelion comes back time after time after being burned by the flame weeder, and the heat seems to encourage more seeds to germinate. It is a perennial and it grows practically all year here in Oregon where we have fairly mild winters. A friend of mine recomemnded this to me and iordered these attachments from here as he had ordered from here too and i trusted his choice. These two attachments have been a life saver and it has caused use to get reid of weeds rather quickly and easily too. Now, they do grow back but it now takes longer for them to grow back and as soon as they do, i just use this bad boy to rip those pesky weeds off their roots. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I weeded for almost 2 hours at my meditation center today with this weeder tool. The soil was moist but not really wet. It was useful for the big weeds. My husband went behind me with a hula hoe for the smaller weeds that were small enough to just leave there. Once I really got the hang of it, most of the weeds came out with the root and I could then pull the hoe towards me and get the weed, then broom it aside in one place and throw it out later. I have no idea if this will work when the soil becomes hard here in California summers but i could always water the ground a bit first and then start using the tool. Anyway, for this moistness of soil, it was a lot less hard work than bending over with a trowel for every weed - easier on my Grandma's body. Looks strong enough to last.

This is the best tool to be used for weeding. My deck needs a session of weeding every three to four weeks and if you are also heading towards your 60, you know how difficult it is to do it manually. Bless my son for getting me this tool. Now i remove weeds very easily and quickly too. Doesn't hurt my back at all.

I received my package last week and i wanted to put it to use straightaway. I thought I would try it out and pull just a few weeds before dinner- my front lawn needs a lot of help but I don't use chemicals. So an hour goes by in a flash, and I had uprooted several hundred weeds and I only stopped because it was getting dark! It was actually fun and so easy to just pop them out using the lever action. I have both dandelions and false dandelions - the later are a bit tricky because the roots are woodier and more brittle than dandelion roots, so they break off easily at ground level if you try to weed by hand. This tool got the whole thing out, and made very short work of the dandelions, taking out the whole tap root even from my heavy, compacted lawn. All I had to do was aim right and it did the work for me. I didn't even have gloves on and I didn't break a sweat. This tool is amazing and i would certainly recommend it to my friends who btw are also fed up of the weeds junking their whole place.

This Weeder is a useful tool because you don't need to sit to remove weeds. Just make sure you attach it to a handle that is long enough so you don't have to bend and weed out. The blades are very sharp and i like the fact that they have provided two separate attachments, one for narrow crevices and one for a fiarly alrger space.

I have to say at first i thought it was money down the drain but turns out it isn't. it is worth every buck. I do wish the prices was a little less but as for the tool, i have nothing to complain.

Love this garden tool. it is very simple to attach to a handle and just start pulling between the crevices. It is espeacially helpful in getting out the weeds from hard to reach areas like in between the decks. Recommended!

Using chemical sprays in our lawn to free it from weeds is a big no no for various reasons which i am sure i do not need to entitle the reader with. So instead i would use my hands to pick the weeds out and yes it was tiring like hell. So then i decided to get this tool which looked extremely promising and i was ready to bet on it. It uprooted all the weeds very quickly and very easily. It was like a cakewalk. I didn't even have to bend down and do it anymore. My lawn looks much cleaner and tidy and i am definitely going to get a lot of use out of this one.

This absolutely works. I have used it a couple of times since it arrived and i have tried both the attachments. Both work just as described and i am looking forwards to getting more use out of these when i take it to my farmhouse in the country.

This is a great tool for pulling weeds. I've worked to eradicate weeds from my yard using a shovel or be on my knees pulling them by hand. And that's just back-breaking work. This Weeder is the tool that allowed me to pull weeds for hours without being in pain. I absolutely love it
