We purchased this compressor and crossed our fingers. When it arrived even my wife was eager to try it out so rain or not ( yes it rains in Seattle ) we ran out to the car. What a nice surprise to find that this compressor is for real. Hooking it up to the first tire we could see that the current tire pressure was easy to read. Setting the desired pressure was just as easy. Flipping the switch on we watched as it began to pump. To our surprise the pressure began to rise immediately. After about a minute the desired pressure was reached and it shut off. I'm getting one for both my son and daughter. What a great tool to carry in your trunk.
This a really compact little guy but he does the job really well and with the minimum of fuss. The screw on adapter connects easily and well and the cables are plenty long enough to reach, through the front doors, to all wheels on my full-sized sedan and also to connect from the compressor on the ground to all points on the wheel. It connects via a cigarette lighter adapter and is not as loud as other compressors I've heard (just make sure your engine is running, whilst using the compressor, to avoid draining your battery). Once connected to the tire valve, the compressor will register existing pressure and then turning the thing on will begin inflation and register the changing pressure. It stores away nicely and is easy to carry in the trunk.
I was nervous purchasing this because I had my doubts about how well this would work. But wow, this is perfect for inflating the tires of a sedan or small-to-medium SUV. We have a larger compressor that weighs a ton and requires an outdoor extension cord to reach from the outlet to our cars. This one plugs into the cigarette socket, reads the pressure in the tires, and pumps the compressed air with a flip of the switch. The digital display is extremely helpful.
Qualitative, compact and convenient. as all description. Inflates the tyre in 4-5 minutes. It's a bit noisy but overall it's a nice product.
We have four cars in the driveway and we are constantly at the gas station. I had low tire pressure on one tire and I just set the pressure on the digital screen, screwed on to the valve stem, turned it on and it inflated the tire to the right pressure and shut it self off. Just to check the first tire, I double checked the pressure on the dash and it was correct. I was so impressed with it I started going around to all 4 tires, and my children's cars. I must warn it is a little slower than the gas station pump but since I didn't have to squat down and hold it onto the valve stem (it screws on) or constantly check the pressure, I was able to step back into my garage and do other stuff. I will buy this all day at this price just for the convenience. I give it two thumbs up.
I felt I needed to on this product. This little dynamo is a must-have item.......i have bought two of these, and I'll buy another one when/if it ever wears out. I keep it in my vehicle at all times.This little air compressor worked every time in all kinds of nasty weather conditions.
This is the best air pump I've ever owned! My family has always kept air pumps in case of emergency. My last This pump is great!
Pump working as per description. no problem in operation. checked four tyres in less than 6 mins. solid body, compact in size, cables can be folded, easy to store safely. I highly recommend this product .
I tested it on my son's bicycle, soccer ball . and my younger one's toys. Works great! The LED light comes handy when my husband is traveling for work but a couple additional LEDs could have been a big convenience
Didn't think it would work that great,but at this price point was,willing to take a shot. Bought it mainly for the tires on the lawnmower and was pleased how quickly it filled them with the necessary 10 pounds. Then tried the car tires... no problem, 33 pounds and not a hiccup. This is smaller than I imagined but works just as advertised. Very quiet and the digital readout with automatic cutoff after reaching the required pressure was a another great feature.
